NEICORD is looking for committed and experienced Programme Implementers to oversee the implementation and monitoring of its project.

Programme Implementer 1
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate project activities, including planning, budgeting, and implementation
- Monitor project progress, identify challenges, and develop solutions
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards
- Establish networking with stakeholders, including community leaders, government officials, and other organizations
- Provide technical guidance and support to project staff
- Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual project reports
Desirable Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Community Development, Agriculture)
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, supervision, or coordination
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and project management software
Programme Implementer 2
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for the project
- Develop and manage monitoring and evaluation plans
- Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Provide insights to inform project decision-making
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Prepare and submit evaluation reports
- Conduct field visits to monitor project progress
Desirable Qualification and Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Analysis)
- At least 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation
- Experience in designing and implementing evaluation frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and statistical software
